C6 corvette rear view mirror removal.

2005 2007 chevrolet corvette. Rear view mirror drooping theme. New acdelco pt1242 interior rear view mirror connector pigtail for c1500 c2500. My rearview mirror keeps drooping down as of today anyone ever had this problem before.

I own a 2005 c6 corvette. Disconnect the mirror wire harness if there and remove two wire clips from within the door frame. Be sure to hold the mirror housing at the same time. The tiny amount of glue used does not have the ability to keep you from adjusting the mirror normally.

After carefully positioning the mirror in the desired position and while maintaining that position as best you can remove the mirror from the windshield and apply loc tite green 290 all the way around the ball socket circumference. Default default full view.
